Will there be CLE eligible sessions?
CLE eligibility is based on jurisdiction approval of each session, which may vary by jurisdiction. At the meeting, follow the instructions for recording your attendance to ensure credit.
Do I have to pre-register for the sessions I want to attend?
No, you can simply show up for the sessions you want to attend.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your participation any time on or before May 1st, but please note you will be charged a $25 administrative processing fee.
Are tickets/registrations transferrable?
Yes, you may send a substitute in your place at any time. Please visit this site to change the name or contact information for your registration.
What meals are included with my registration?
All tickets include the following meals and breaks:
Tuesday: Morning break, lunch, afternoon break, and cocktail reception with hors d'oeuvres and a plated dinner.
Wednesday: Breakfast, morning break, lunch, afternoon break, and cocktail reception with light appetizers.
Thursday: Breakfast and morning break.
Will there be wifi in the conference area?
Yes, there will be free wifi throughout the hotel and conference space.
What is the dress code?
Conference attire is business casual for all events, including the evening events.
During the last CLOC Institute, the Mobile App was extremely helpful and user friendly. Will it be available this year?

Will I receive event updates?
Yes, CLOC will send emails periodically to update you on the agenda, event happenings and logistics. Please make sure that the email address firstname.lastname@example.org is in your safe senders list to ensure you are receiving all important event information.

Yes, everyone attending the 2017 CLOC Institute must register. If you are a sponsor or invited guest, you should have received an invitation to register via email. If you have not received this, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
